Doesn’t detect printer drivers that were previously installed. Had to download my Canon PIXMA drivers again. Happened even with a friend’s Samsung printer.

Cannot get the latest drivers automatically or with the ‘update driver’ button even for installed hardware. Had to go to Intel’s drivers for the network adapter in my new Acer Aspire R13, locate the appropriate Windows10 driver & download it over a very spotty wifi connection using the older outdated driver.

Asks for payment to verify kids’ accounts with 50¢ charge, there’s no indication of whether the payment is on a secure page and the layout of the payment screen is cut off by the window which can’t be resized.

“Ridonkulously” slowed down my system on which #windows8 was working fine. And that is putting it mildly. My desktop has 6GB RAM & 2.4 GHz Quad CPU Intel 2-series. Could NOT add a new user. Had to click multiple times for an action to go through. Wasn’t a problem on #windows8 with same devices. Restarted and it was good.
